RWI methods have been implemented on several different Siemens MRI scanners, examining healthy brain, learning, tissue permeability, schizophrenia, epilepsy, tractography, brain and prostate tumors. Scanner information is detailed below.
Methods mapping cell structure have been implemented on the Siemens MAGNETOM Aera (1.5 T, 43 mT/m), Skyra (3 T, 43 mT/m), Prisma (3 T, 80 mT/m), and Connectom (3 T, 300 mT/m), primarily used to investigate brain development and brain pathologies. The RWI method to measure exchange has been implemented on the Siemens MAGNETOM Prisma (3 T, 80 mT/m), and has been used to investigate brain and breast pathologies. Our flow measurement method has been implemented on the Siemens MAGNETOM Prisma (3 T, 80 mT/m), to investigate healthy brain tissue.
