This project aims to explore how well 7 T diffusion MRI performs in characterizing epileptogenic lesions. Methods developed by Random Walk Imaging are added to an existing protocol, and the wish is to compare data to histology from excised tissue. Scan time is 7 minutes and is performed on a Philips Achieva (7 T, 60 mT/m).
