Random Walk Imaging AB (“RWI”, “us” or “we”), and its subsidiaries, are committed to protecting your privacy and your personal data. 1.1.1 We collect and process your contact details that you submit when contacting us through our website, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
1.1.2 We may also use your IP address and personal data collected through cookies and other automatically collected data to administrate and improve the user experience of this website, for our internal records and for statistical analysis.
1.2 What are the legal bases for processing your personal data?
The processing of your personal data for the purposes set out in Section 1.1.1- 1.1.2 is based on our legitimate interest to provide you with the requested information about our business or any other enquiry that you might have when contacting us through our website, and on our legitimate interest of improving our website and the services available there which also is beneficial for you as a user. We have conducted a balance of interest test and consider that our interest of processing the personal data for the aforementioned purposes overweighs your interest of not having your personal data processed for these purposes.
1.3 Who has access to your personal data?
1.3.1 We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss, unlawful access, etc. The number of persons with access to your personal data is limited and only individuals associated with RWI that need to process your personal data will have access to your personal data.
1.3.2 We will share your personal data with companies affiliated with RWI, namely our wholly-owned subsidiary CR Development AB, Reg. No 556749-5089, to be able to provide you with information regarding our software protocols.
1.4 For how long will your personal data be stored?
We will store your personal data for as long as it is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected as set out in Section 1.1, whereby we will delete your personal data when such data is no longer necessary to fulfil the purposes of the processing of the personal data for which it was collected. RWI may, instead of deleting your personal data, make it anonymous such that it cannot be associated with or tracked back to you.
1.5 What are your rights?
1.5.1 Random Walk Imaging AB, Reg. No 556683-3280, a Swedish company with the address Box 2050, 220 02 Lund, Sweden, is the controller of the processing of your personal data. This means that we are responsible for your personal data being processed correctly and in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable data protection laws.
1.5.2 You are entitled to know what personal data we are processing about you, and you can request a copy of such data. You are entitled to have incorrect personal data about you corrected, and in some cases you may request that we delete your personal data (if, for example, the personal data is no longer necessary in order to fulfil an agreement with you). If you have given your consent to processing of your personal data for an explicit purpose you may always withdraw your consent. If you want to withdraw your consent, you may contact us by sending an email to the address set out in section 1.5.3 below. You also have the right to object to certain processing of your personal data, and request that the processing of your personal data be limited. You are also entitled to extract your personal data in a machine-readable format and to transfer the personal data to another controller.
